We hired Karley as our day of coordinator. Not only did she help us get organized in the weeks leading up to the wedding, but she took care of EVERYTHING day of. As the bride, I didn't have to do anything, from coordinating with vendors & setting up decor to keeping everyone on time. She even coordinated the clean up at the end of the night (like, are you kidding me?!)
As the bride, I actually got to enjoy the day stress-free. I got to spend valuable time with my family & friends without worrying about the little things because I knew Karley had it handled. Can you really put a price on that?! No, the answer is no you can't. If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator, my piece of advice is to just do it. After spending months planning your big day, you really want to be able to enjoy it and it's a small investment to pay for an stress-free day. And as far as coordinators go, you can't find a better one than Karley. She's a true gem :)”

We hired Karley as a full time planner for our large 200+ person wedding and she FAR exceeded our expectations in every way. We had a complicated wedding, with many moving parts, the ceremony was in a different location than the reception, our ceremony location did not have cell phone service and was very bare bones, etc etc. There were so many moving parts and our requests were sometimes complicated and a lot to ask. Karley successfully facilitated every single detail of our wedding day and weekend perfectly, and truly made everything BETTER than we planned for. There were a few unexpected bumps in the road during the week of the wedding, and Karley handled them all quickly herself and we never felt an ounce of stress.
Her entire wedding planning process, organizational skills, timeline management, vendor management skills, her connections in the Oregon and greater PNW wedding industry, her many years of experience in the events and wedding industry set her apart from other event planners in the industry. She walked us through everything for the 8 months prior to our wedding and kept us on a timeline, and handled everything so beautifully. We couldn't have done it without her!!
She was incredibly professional, and made pulling off our large and multi-faceted wedding even look easy and simple. She is incredibly talented and has so much experience. We feel so lucky we got to work with her.
