Day-Of Coordinator

  • As your day-of coordinator, I assist with the logistics of your wedding that you have already planned yourself. We will setup monthly/bimonthly calls to ensure planning is going smooth, and to give you a chance to ask any questions you have. I step in more aggressively a few weeks prior to your wedding day to assist with last minute decisions, details, and walk-throughs. On the big day, I coordinate all details, timelines, and vendors.

  • We work as a team! This package is great for couples who want to be involved in the planning process, but aren’t sure where to start or what steps they need to take. We can decide as a team how you want the planning process to look. As an example, I can assist in researching and booking vendors, offer guidance on design and logistics, and be apart of all the main decisions. This package is also great for couples who live out of the area and need an expert available on-site. I will be your guide as we plan your wedding together.

  • For a stress free wedding planning process, I can be your go-to every single step of the way! The biggest stress relief included in this package is booking and communicating with all vendors. As someone who has held multiple roles in the wedding industry, I can assist in contract approval, coordinating meetings, and more. This can take all of the stress and time-consuming aspects of the wedding planning process off your plate. We will schedule meetings to ensure excellent communication so that we all stay on the same page along the way.

    Please keep in mind that with this level of service, clear boundaries will be communicated ahead of time as to how executive decisions will be made.

Here are a few ways that I can help take some stress off of you, no matter what level of service you choose —

Prior to your big day:

  • Keep it enjoyable! If something in the planning process feels stressful or inauthentic, then we won’t do it or we will find a better way. There are no rules to wedding planning — it’s your day, so do it YOUR way!

  • Provide a customized list of preferred vendors

  • Provide an overall checklist that includes A TON of info you might not think of

  • Assist with website content

  • Final venue walk-through

  • Timeline decisions, ie, time of ceremony and length of cocktail hour

  • Final meeting at the venue with the venue coordinator

  • All vendor communication passed to me one week in advance of wedding (if not sooner)

  • Floor plan design

  • Meal count organization

  • Book shuttles to assist guests with transportation

  • Rehearsal day - from organizing the processional to answering all final questions with your bridal party

  • Planning rehearsal dinner logistics

  • An extremely detailed timeline to share with all vendors

  • Coffee shop dates to plan your day!

Wedding day:

  • ALL communication through me - you should not be bothered on your wedding day!

  • Execute the floor plan

  • Set all decor, menus, and anything else you have to make the day special!

  • Meet and coordinate drop-offs and pick-ups with vendors

  • Coordinate with DJ/band/musician to coordinate first dances, toasts, etc.

  • Keep all vendors and individuals on schedule according to timeline

  • Make sure the venue is clean and clear at the end of the night

  • Ultimate problem solver and executive decision maker: putting out fires you didn’t even know were ignited!

Possible add-ons:

  • A separate ceremony and reception location

  • Venues that are outside of Central Oregon

  • More than one meeting at the venue(s) for walk-throughs

  • Pick-ups/deliveries 3 days post-wedding
